What I Got For My Birthday 2017

Granted, by the time this post goes up my birthday would've been almost a month ago, but I still thought it was worth showing you some of the items I was lucky enough to receive for my 23rd. I'm an incredibly nosy person and so posts like this massively intrigue me. I picked out a selection of items to show you, (I guess the more photogenic items seeing as I'm a blogger), as whilst I love everything I was gifted, there are some things that just do not photograph very well; that or I'm not a great photographer - probably the latter in all honesty!

Well there we go, another Autumn is over, and we've now made it into the most festive period of the year - should I be happy about that, or sad that this year has just gone insanely fast? 

Regardless, I've had quite an enjoyable and different Autumn to any other that I've experienced before, and just like I always seem to do now, large parts of my life are now documented through my Instagram account! I had a little flick through my page and it was clear to see a few standout events for me throughout this season; ones that saw me acting like a right ol' child and others that show just how much I've had to grow up in recent months. Quite contradictory really.

22 Things I've Learnt In 22 Years

Yes, it did happen over a week ago now, but I am now at that stage in my life where I can sing Taylor Swift's "22" with actual relevance to my life. I know, pretty amazing right?! 

Saying that, over these last 22 years, whilst I may have made many mistakes, I've also accomplished quite a lot, and through both my failures and successes I would say I've learnt a fair amount in my life...about life. And so why not share with you a random assortment of 22 things that I've learnt over the years. Here goes!

It's quite hard to believe that I'm actually saying this, but today is my blog's 1st birthday! Yes, that's right. I've been blogging for exactly one year today! I think it's fair to say that I'm so proud of everything that I've achieved so far, and can only hope everything continues to improve from here!

What I Got For My 20th Birthday!

 

 

As you're probably unaware, this Saturday I celebrated my 20th birthday! It's absolutely crazy to think that I'm no longer a teen and even though I'm in no way old, I just feel so much older now! How weird is that??

 

Although I know some people don't really like reading these sorts of posts, I personally love seeing what other people received for their birthday (or Christmas), so as this is my first birthday where I've been blogging, this seems as though the perfect opportunity to write this post. I also want to state that I am in no way bragging about the things that I received, as I do understand that I'm very fortunate and am thankful for everything that was given to me.
