Back With A Vengeance!

Helloooo!

It's been absolutely ages since I've said that!

 

You may have been wondering where I've been these past few months as my blog seems to have been off the face of the earth, but I'm so happy to tell you...I'M BACK!!

 

So why haven't I been blogging since June?? I could say that I was extremely busy over the summer (which I was), but the honest answer would be that I fell out of love with blogging and for a while it started to feel like a chore for me, so I decided to take a break from the blogging world and I can tell you now that I've missed it soooo much!!!

But now I'm back and so ready to start back blogging again...I literally can't tell you how excited I am and that's exactly the feeling I want when blogging, just like at the start of this year when I started xBeautyMagic.

 

So what direction am I going in with this blog? First and foremost, because I feel that this is a completely fresh start for me and this blog, I decided to change the layout and design to something that I feel looks a little more professional than before...please do let me know what you think!

But onto the blog itself, overtime there will still be very similar posts as before, including beauty and fashion, however I've recently felt as though fashion has been my main interest over beauty, so I may include most fashion posts, including outfit ideas and OOTD's rather than beauty posts. Don't worry though...there will still be plenty beauty posts too!

Also I'm going to make sure to include some very different posts about some other important areas of my life, such as travelling, university and hopefully I'll include some more creative ones too as I'd love to have some DIY or baking posts on this blog!

 

Also as an apology for being absent on this blog for what seems like forever, I've already started planning my first actual giveaway which I hope to post sometime early-mid next month, so get excited for that!!

Expect me to post roughly two times per week on this blog, most likely on Monday's and Friday's, however I can't promise that, as it depends on my university and work schedules too!

 

Anyways, I'm SUPER EXCITED to start blogging again and I can't wait to start talking to everyone again, as well as meeting many, many more people!

Mini Makeup Haul!

On a few different shopping trips I've been needing to pick up a few different beauty items, which thankfully I've been able to find...however as usual I did get pulled in by some pretty great deals as well, oops! I've also purchased some clothing items recently as well, but I thought it would be best to do two separate hauls instead, so this is quite a small haul really.

 

How I Style Patterned Trousers // OOTD

 

 After having some decent weather for last week in England, I decided to wear some of my new clothes to make good use of the nice weather. I love this outfit as it's something I've never really worn before but is honestly 100% my style, and if I could dress like this everyday, I would!

The pictures didn't turn out as great as I'd like them too and sorry for my makeupless face, haha! Also my necklace isn't showing in the first picture so that's a little annoying...

5 Beauty Products I Couldn't Live Without! // #TOTW

I was recently asked by the lovely Paige over at misssugarspiceallthingsnice if I would like to take part in #TOTW (Topic of the Week) which she has just created. I thought it would be a great opportunity to become more involved with the blogging world, especially as there are some great blogs involved with this as well. Review // Is The Baby Skin Primer Any Good??

 If you've seen my most recent haul (which was all the way back in April), you may have seen that I picked up the Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Primer from Maybelline. I'd been wanting to try it since it was released and after seeing mixed reviews from different blogs I wasn't 100% sure whether to purchase it or not, but I eventually grabbed it after a recent 2-for-1 deal at Boots.

 



This may be somewhat different to any reviews you've previously seen on this product as I've noticed that a lot of people reviewing this primer have been comparing it to Benefit's POREfessional, but as this happens to be the first primer I've ever tried, this review will in no way be compared to any others out there and for anyone who's never tried a primer before, this review may be in some way more useful to you!
