Rimmel vs Rimmel

 

I'm a big lover of foundations and I have to say that Rimmel make some great ones. I haven't yet tried the ever so famous Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation yet, but I have tried the Match Perfection and Lasting Finish foundations. I've been using both of these foundations for well over a year now so I thought it would be interesting to compare them and show you which one I actually prefer!

Review // Seventeen Pwhoarr Paint Under Eye Concealer!!

Recently whilst out shopping, I decided that I needed a new under eye concealer, as my current one just didn't seem to do the job as well as I wanted it to. After seeing so many people raving about the Seventeen Phwoarr Paint I decided to take advantage of the Boots 3-for-2 deal and buy this concealer. I picked up this concealer in the shade Fair and have been using it everyday for almost 2 weeks now, so I feel that I can give a good honest view for any of you looking to purchase a new concealer!

 

University Room Tour!

 

I LOVE ready these types of posts as I'm a very nosy person, so I thought it would only be suitable for all you nosy people out there to see my uni room tour. I've been here since September but only have about 2 months left in this room as uni finishes in May, so I knew I needed to do this room tour soon. Also it made me give my room a little bit of a clean...just for you!

OOTN: Family Meal

Yesterday was my Grandad's 80th, so to celebrate my family and I went out for a meal and it was a great night filled with yummy food...mmmmm! As we didn't head anywhere fancy, I wanted to wear something quite simple that was a little more dressy than my usual everyday style, as well as incorporate a little bit of Spring into my outfit - Spring is my favourite month in terms of fashion! I hope you understood that, haha!

HAUL // Getting Ready For Spring

This weekend I decided to pop out shopping - so much for the spending ban I said I'd have not long ago...ooops. To be honest though, I needed a few essentials for Spring and Summer which I managed to get a few of, although I did come back with some things I didn't exactly need...oh well. Spring Has Sprung // OOTD

I'm sure if you live in England, you've been enjoying the nice weather today like myself, which is surprising as I was bundling up in chunky jumpers a couple of days ago!! So obviously being a blogger, I made use of the good weather and natural lighting to take pictures, today an OOTD. Of course it's not warm enough for me to be wearing shorts or anything (although I have seen many people wearing them), but it's just nice to not have to layer up in long sleeved tops and coats. Also I've been able to wear my new cardigan which I haven't had chance to with the cold weather, yay!

 

Oscars 2014 // The Best Dressed

Now I know it's been 5 days since the Oscars (a little bit late with this), but I couldn't resist writing a quick little post on my 5 best dressed stars of the night! Also can I just say how great I though the Oscars were this year. I think it was mainly down to Ellen DeGeneres who did an awesome job at presenting - she seemed to make everyone feel so relaxed and come on, she's just hilarious!!

A New Obsession // High End Beauty Wishlist

First of all, I'd like to apologise for not blogging for an entire week; I was so busy with uni and have been ill this entire week, but I'm getting back into the swing of things now!!

 

Anyway, I've recently really been obsessing over some high end products. I actually don't own many myself; I just have a few MAC products and a few random bits and bobs, but I'm very sceptical about paying such a hefty price on a product that could simply not be worth it. So I've done quite a bit of research to find out which products I think would actually be worth it.
